Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI)

Outcome:
Diverse Matters continues to deliver a programme of training courses on race inclusion, aimed at their Human Resources Business Partners and their broader staff group.  Sessions were tailored for participants new to the organisation, and for those who had already received foundation training.

The sessions covered the following:

- Race and the Law

- Race Bias

- Inclusive language

- Stereotyping and the cycle of oppression

- Understanding anti-racism/race equity

- Removing barriers for Black, Asian and Racially minoritised communities

- Promoting race inclusion within the HRBP role
