The Diverse Matters team has extensive knowledge and skills regarding Diversity and Inclusion within all sectors. We know that in times of austerity that organisations do not always have the resources to recruit a Diversity and Inclusion Manager.
This is where Diverse Matters can support organisations to provide bespoke Diversity and Inclusion consultancy. We can provide consultancy for an agreed period eg 4 days a month, on an ad hoc basis to carry out specific projects, or a pay a retainer for an agreed days or month over an annual period.

- Designated projects to support embed inclusion eg recruitment practice, service delivery/client/customer specific development
