Achilles’ main aim was to solicit feedback on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the organisation, specifically around process and policy, as well as what can be improved. The objective of this engagement was to deliver focus groups covering some of the UK protected characteristics.
Diverse Matters provided focus groups incorporating following:
· Religious belief
· Women in Achilles
