Diversity & inclusion - why does it matter?

To be shortlisted from over one thousand nominations is a tremendous achievement, and we are so pleased that our passion for inclusion has been recognised. All are highly experienced team have several years experience and use their skills and knowledge to support our clients. 

We know that embedding Equity and Inclusion is never over and many organisations are recognising the benefits and that it needs to be integral to ensure that there is fairness for staff, volunteers and service users/clients.

Whether an organisation is at the beginning of their journey or have made some steps but require support in further decision making, its all about action and enhancing practice.

Action needs to be the key - whether it is anti-racist practice, reducing pay gaps, representing people that are not often heard or educating people - we will continue to champion to make a difference.

As we always do, we do this with authenticity, fairness and honesty.
