Adjust was set up to provide employers with a clear and practical understanding of autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD. Employers may often miss out on the unique strengths and skills brought to the workplace by these individuals.
At Adjust they believe that meaningful employment is the biggest single factor in improving people’s quality of life. And the benefits go beyond the individual, as increasing the number of people engaged in sustainable employment also helps our economy thrive.
Daniel set up Adjust to provide employers with clear, practical and professional training and consultancy in order to harness the talents of their staff with neurodiverse conditions. Daniel has worked with Autistic people for over the last 15 years and spent a considerable amount of that time in the National Autistic Society’s’ employment training team. Daniel has a strong interest in advising employers on how to support and effectively manage their employees with autism through training, assessments and coaching.
Adjust and Diverse Matters will work with you to ensure that your policies, procedures and practices are inclusive to employees with neurodiverse conditions.
