Shivani has 25 years generalist HR experience working with large corporate companies, SMEs and start-ups. Previously line managing an HR Team for a FTSE 100 company and ‘real world’ challenges that come with it. Her wealth of experience means that Shivani adopts an approach of flexibility bespoke to her clients.

Shivani is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD). Employee Relations has always been Shivani’s passion; trained in Mental Health First Aid and expert coach. Shivani has created policies to support parents in the workplace and coached managers on diversity. Always striving to achieve the right balance between employer and employee, whilst successfully reaching the best commercial outcomes.

Shivani has a ‘down to earth’, pragmatic style and likes to keep HR simple, dispelling any HR myths. Although an HR generalist; Shivani specialises in Investigations, Disciplinary, Grievances, Appeals and Policies.
