Paula is a DEI consultant who has over 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering DE & I training solutions 

Paula is the former Head of Diversity with RightTrack Learning with a wealth of experience of designing and delivering in-house training and learning solutions for a diverse range of organisations, from multinationals to SME’s, the public and third sectors. Prior to that she was Head of Diversity and Inclusion with Staffordshire and West Midlands Probation Trust where she advised the Board, Senior Leaders, HR, Managers and Staff on all aspects of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, wrote policies and designed and delivered training. She was nominated for an award in the 2013 National Diversity Awards in the Diverse Company Awards category.

Paula has a wealth of experience of delivering to employees at all levels of organisations on all aspects of ED&I, including Inclusive Leadership, Unconscious Bias, Conscious Inclusion, EDI awareness, Inclusive Recruitment, all of the protected characteristics etc.
