Mikayla understands how to engage with different stakeholders while always leading with curiosity. She has 9+ years experience in the charity and public sector as a strong facilitator, project manager, programme manager, coach and connector.

Mikayla uses this knowledge and skills when producing and presenting the Diverse Talk Matters podcasts.
