She has 9+ years experience in the charity and public sector as a strong facilitator, project manager, programme manager, coach and connector. Mikayla led work on Equality Diversity and Inclusion within Organisational Development in a Midlands local authority launching the very first Workforce Race Equity Review. Utilising data and lived experience the report shines a light on the gap in experience of outcome in recruitment, professional development, and progression of employees within the local authority based on ethnicity.
