Michelle is a Learning & Development and Training Specialist and an award-winning Business Support Professional. Michelle’s learning and development career began whilst performing a managerial role, where she discovered her passion for people development; she received great satisfaction from witnessing her employee’s personal growth and career progression.
Managerial and customer service experiences in a multi-national delivery company. Several years developing, designing, and delivering a wide range of learning and development initiatives to a diverse range of individuals in the private, public, and non-for-profit sectors.
Michelle received recognition for her work in business support specifically for the support she provided BAME individuals living in the West Midlands exploring self-employment and was a member of an award-winning career management programme for BAME employees, a programme aimed at increasing the number of BAME employees entering into senior roles.
Michelle is an Associate of CIPD, her qualifications include a certificate in Human Resource Development, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) certification and BA (Hons) in Business Administration. She is an Everything Disc Certified Facilitator, UKCC Level 1 Coach, and a volunteer mentor for the Prince’s Trust.
