Mel is a TAP (Training Accreditation Programme) accredited Learning & Organisational Development Professional with over 10 years’ experience. Skilled in both designing and delivering training solutions, she is extremely passionate about the development of people, and organisational culture
Her areas of interest and expertise are mental wellbeing, as well as diversity & inclusion - recognising the key link between the two.
Mel’s current focus is on creating a great employee experience, where colleagues are supported in their health & wellbeing, recognised for their contribution and feel included. She believes that we each play a part in creating a healthy and inclusive culture, not just in the workplace but within society as a whole. Within Mel's other work her roles have included Engagement Partner & Coach and Health, Health, Wellbeing and Engagement specialist.
Mel uses an interactive coaching style when facilitating and has completed her ILM Level 5 coaching qualification.
