Our team

Lynne is a globally recognised LGBT+ Advocate and top 10 Diversity Hero British LGBT+ Awards 2021. She is active in the LGBT+ community serving as Chair of Trustees for Schools OUT UK (founders of LGBT+ History Month UK), former Co-Chair of the Clarion LGBT+ Network, Events Officer for HouseProud, and she speaks in schools for Diversity Role Models.

Lynne champions diversity and inclusion throughout the UK social housing sector. She promotes the use of an intersectional approach to D&I. Through mentoring she has helped support diversity networks in multiple sectors. She is passionate about creating inclusive education, services, workplaces, organisations, institutions and faith spaces. She loves to bring people together, meeting them where they are and proving safe spaces to ask questions and explore.
