Luise is a consultant and trainer with ten years’ experience working in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI).

She designs and delivers equality, diversity, and inclusion, inclusive leadership, inclusive working, dignity at work, fair recruitment, and unconscious bias training courses to organisations within the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. She also has significant experience delivering DEI related consultancy projects to organisations in the public and private sector.

Luise employs a consultative approach when facilitating work to build inclusive leadership models, DEI strategies, and DEI frameworks that are bespoke to organisations and industries.

In addition, Luise is a popular speaker at conferences and forums on a range of diversity and inclusion issues such as unconscious bias, fair and unbiased recruitment, and inclusive leadership.

She has worked extensively in the UK, US, and Asia.
