Our team

Lex (pronouns: he/him) is a passionate researcher and inclusion specialist, with particular expertise in the fields of equality law, disability, mental health, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.

In addition to his work with Diverse Matters, Lex is a Trustee for the McPin Foundation, a mental health research charity based in the UK. Outside of work, Lex is a keen gamer, dice collector, and weightlifter.

Lex holds a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management, an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organisational Analysis, and a BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
