Donna holds an MA in Educational Assessment and a BA (Hons) in Post Compulsory Education & Training from the University of
Warwick. Additionally, Donna is ILM Level 5 Coach and a Master Practitioner in both NLP and Strengthscope, the world’s
most complete and innovative strengths profiling system.
