Anita is a successful independent international coach and facilitator who works with individuals and companies to make lasting positive change. Formally the Director of Programmes at Safer London and Divisional Manager at Victim Support.

Anita has extensive experience in leading change in equality diversity and inclusion particularly within the criminal justice sector relating to volunteers, violence against women and girls (VAWG) and gang focussed programmes.
As a result of her work she has shaped changes to policy within the 2014 HMIC’s inspection of police handling of domestic violence and abuse chaired by then Home Secretary Theresa May and co wrote the successful bid for the 2015 MOPAC funded Pan London Gang Exit tender valued at £1,500,00.
Anita is a certified coach and social work practice assessor and has numerous person centred training in leading change and supporting those affected by crime.
