Our team

Kyriacos is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager (L&D) with more than 20 years of combined experience elevating the performance of cross-functional teams through design and delivery of customised training programmes. A qualified training assessor with a history of achievements across public and non-profit sectors.

He is an excellent communicator and facilitator and has extensive experience of working in the Diversity and Inclusion arena. This experiences includes private sector work, working with Local authorities including the Lesbian and Gay Unit as an Equalities officer for over six years with a focus on outreach and community development, BAME outreach worker within a sexual health project (Health Authority) and LGBT youth worker.  More recently Kyri was the learning and skills representative on Victim Support’s ED&I committee and Mental Health task group.  He has also supported the development of the organisation’s Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic and Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual and Trans employee networks. More recently he has been working on gaining CPD accreditation for companies focused on Diversity and Inclusive leadership related materials aimed at senior managers.

He is an experienced people manager and has experience of facilitating Action Learning sets for senior managers and team building for forming and non-performing teams.
